Cartoon Solutions offers Character Packs or packages of pre-made characters, backgrounds, and props that animators can use for their own projects. Each character, prop, and background is created as a symbol, allowing you to change or manipulate it anyway you want. Each character can be animated with 7 different mouth positions (from both the front and side views), making animation to dialogue a simple process.
